I've recently switched from an monthly account to a pre-play plan.
I can log into My Vodafone but when I try to add a connection (my pre-pay mobile) it says it has been successfully added but doesn't show up.
Not sure if this is relevant but:
When I try and add connection on a desktop computer it says my log in for My Vodafone has been successfully created everytime I log in and I am unable to add a connection.
I have tried un installing and reinstalling My Vodafone as well as turning my phone on and off for the past few days (that was the advice given to me when I called earlier in the week) and it still doesn't work.
