Hi, before IHug was shut down I received instructions from Vodafone to have my Ihug mail redirected this has worked fine until recently its stop does anyone know why.

i have been told by vodi manila! that they have stopped forwarding emails and that the forwarding service was never going to be indefinite. Not what the press release said !
Maybe some one from Vodafone NZ can confirm the status but then is there any one actually here in NZ if so how do you contact them ?

Same problem with me - it stopped forwarding ihug emails during the weekend and then came back again around 2pm today but has just failed again.
I have some clients who will not change to my new email address despite numeroius requests - that is why I need the re-direct.
My understanding was that the ihug forwarding would not be for a limited period of time - the deal was that if you remained with Vodafone they would continue to forward ihug mail. If they stop doing this then there is no reason to remain with Vodafone.

Mine hasn’t worked for the last 24 hours and still not working this morning.
Any more information on this?

The issue I mentioned earlier this week was already resolved way earlier this week. No known issue with the platform at this stage.
Suggest you call and get a fault logged for your issue so this can be investigated.
