Like I said in the Subject, my password for My Vodafone/the app nologner works, it says its invalid. When I go to change my password I put in the verfication code that I get txted and it says that the sevicce does not work and to call 777, but I can't any options there for what i need.
The website makes it very difficult to talk to a person.
Additional details: I changed my plan over the phone when I was called by the sales number, it seemed like a good time to, on Friday the 6th, and recived the Order Confirmation email from Onlineshop@vodafone.com the same day. I got txts and emails on Monday saying my Red Lite 1 Month plan was now active and could not sign in form then on.
