I have the same mobile number, although now with a different mobile provider/company. I recieved a monthly bill from Vodafone, have tried to pay the balance online using the account number etc... I can no longer see a break down (pie graph) of my mobile usage on the Vodafone website (most likely because of changing mobile provider).
- I can not pay the outstanding balance as the system is not processing my payment.
- I can no access my account information, usage details or "Pie Graphs".
- I have not had a confirmation email from Vodafone confirming that my account has closed (as i now have a new provider)
