I so am living in the US and need to close down my account but do not have access to a international phone to call NZ

I phoned Vodafone about 5 or 6 weeks ago to close my account, and was told to take my Set Box/ 2 Modems/ a Router and the control, They were all handed in to the Lower Hutt branch. My account num 651702 I handed them in on the 4th April .I have just received an account for $279.80 Which is definetly wrong. Hope you can fix it up for me . Thanks W F Boulter.
