Over a month ago we had Fibre Broadband installed. Firstly the landline would only allow calls to be made. A two hour phone call later we could receive and make landline calls. Two days later a message has been left on the landline and the usual way of collecting a message failed to work. Another two hour phone call and it was explained a different methid is needed to access messages. The message was lost and to date messages cannot be left of the landline. I do not have time to spend two hours on the phone to have this service fixed. The service received has been well below what I would expect and unless this is rectified by the end of this month without me spending hours on the telephone I will find another provider.
I also want the account changed to my name not my previous employer.
