Occasionally I run out of data on my plan. I get a text, and it has a link to add flexi data. But it has to be done while on the mobile network, not on wifi.
It's not too difficult to do, but it seems like the My Vodafone app is the perfect place to have the ability to add some data.
But you can't.
Can that be added? And indeed other flexi options?
It would make things just that bit better integrated.

For me, Post Pay.
We can add it using vodafone.co.nz/flexidata
But yeah, would be easier if it was integrated

Well for one thing, not in my app. I don't have that option.
In fact, no add on options at all.
But I don't want recurring. Just the one time addition of XXXX GB of data.

You should see little plus signs?
if you go ahead and press the data one you can add a reoccurring add on then remove it when finished?

Well, as I say there are simply no options there. No plus signs, nothing.
I've been also talking to support on the phone, and they are also mystified.
So it appears this may actually be a problem with my account that no one knows about.
I'll update here if we find a solution.
