I was ona on account plan and switched to prepay, after switching ive been trying to add my number into my vodafone so i can view my plan and prepay rewards etc so i added my number and nothing happened,
i couldn't view anything so i tried adding my number again and it ended up saying "this number is already on your account". it didnt work so I tried again using mobile data instead of wifi. Same result.
I then tried it via the website and it was the same
I have talked to at least 4 people now over the last 2 months and nobody has helped me
No amount of "resetting" my account has changed anything. if it won't work on the website either, it is not an app issue.
Some where, some how, the servers are letting the customer service people access my info and say it looks normal to them, but its not working for me!
