Hi there, I purchased a new prepay SIM Card a few days ago. I cannot activate it via the getgoing link (says "Oops! Something went wrong. We cant seen to verify your SIM right now. Please try again in a few mins or call us on 777.") and I've tried calling but nada because of Covid-19.
Yes I have tried using that TOBi on your site but not only is it confusing to use, it does not help me with what I need. This is for my stepdads work tablet(we've tried activating the sim card in a mobile as well as the tablet and am getting the same thing).
