I need to update my logon to be my email address however I can't do that because I used my email address for my old broadband internet connection.
And I can't add the internet connection to My Vodafone (app or website) because it doesn't give me option under Profile.
I'm on Prepay and naked Fibre.
I also can't create a logon for the naked Fibre because I don't have a phone number!
Please advise how I fix the above issues! I'm going round in circles.

Where are the Vodafone Ninjas that are supposed to answer these queries? Please don't make me spend 40 minutes to call you!

Just an update Vodafone Ninjas, I have managed to log in to My Vodafone for my fibre and changed the email address to another one I use but I still can't use my main email address in the iOS My Vodafone app or add the fibre connection to it.

Thanks for nothing Ninjas. I did a live chat and was solved right away. What's the point in sending customers from your help page to this Community just to get ignored? No good service.
