With your account migrated to the different CRM, and your new customer number, you will need to use "My Vodafone" tab to manage your account online, not CustomerZone anymore.
Choose the tab "MyVodafone"
If you have an existing registration, (EG for a Vodafone Mobile, if you have one) you can add the connection into your existing account by clicking the "Add a service" button at the bottom of My Vodafone.
Otherwise, click on the "Register" button at the bottom of the page to create a new registration for your new account / customer number.

Is the plan going forward to have everyone sign in under "my vodafone"
including people that currently sign in as "internet and landline "?

Anybody that changes their broadband plan now gets merged over to the new system or are customerzone accounts being merged first?

There's (currently) a certain set of criteria / scenarios where / when accounts will begin to be migrated.
Most significant (but not all changes) to the account begin the migration process.
