Bill payment issue

Hi Vodafone,

 

I just paid my last mobile bill via online banking, i entered the wrong account number (missed the last digit). I spoke to a Vodafone ninjia and he asked me to speak to the bank to reverse the payment. The bank said they can't reverse the payment. The account number is correct so Vodafone will get the money, can you please look into this issue for me?
