Hi Vodafone, I was told by the support I was moved to a new Vodafone billing system and thats why my billing period is moved early, but it is possible to fixed it back as it was. I was transfered to a billing team and waiting time was 30-40 mins which of couse nobody have. Can someone call me and resolve the issue please? Kind regards

Oh your one of the customers merged onto the new platform.
Apart from the issue you describe have you noticed any changes or new features?
Did you recieve a Text from Vodafone advising you that you had been moved over?
Tell me about the issue you are having has your billing (DOM) changed?

1/ No new changes or features, except new broaband plan on which agreed in February this year.
2/ No text from Vodafone.
3/ I would like to move back to my billing period.

Your best bet would be too call Vodafone as the staff don’t come on here very often the staff that do come on here come in their spare time voluntary.

waiting time to bill team is 30-40mins last time I called
