Hi I've just received my latest account from Vodafone, and it has been sent to my old Paradise address.... See below. However, logging into MyVodafone confirms that my email address is registered as k...........firstname.lastname@example.org. However, I note that the billing email address is not automatically populated on this page: https://www.vodafone.co.nz/myvodafone/ng/billing-settings - so have now inserted my current address there.... I suspect some of your other customers may not realise that they need to have updated that field when they revised their email addresses. I suspect next month you will have a number of people not receiving their invoices!
