2 Accounts on My Vodafone but can only set up one account with a credit card

For 3 months now I've got a txt to say our broadband account hasn't been paid and I need to pay now to save paying the $18.40 late payment fee. 

We have 2 Accounts on My Vodafone one, for my wifes mobile account the other for the broadband account. The My Vodafone 'Manage Payment Options' onl;y shows my wifes account with the credi card payment, I can't add a credit cad payment for the bb account. I spoke on phone to a customer services person who did some sort of 'fiddle' to disable the OA account credit card and I entered the same credit card number for the bb account. The cs person then re-enabled the mobile account payment option. But again this month I got the txt to say the payment was missed again - how can I get the credit card payment option added to the bb account?
