After ordering a wireless broadband modem last week, I called the 0800 yesterday to follow up. As we're waiting on our address to be recognized by the vodafone system, i figured we may be able to arrange a pickup from a local store.
After being on the phone, transferred 8 times (3 times to 'billing'), repeating my account number and answering security questions each time, after 38 minutes i gave up.
I not only am no further forward to understanding when i will have broadband, I also don't have 100gb of data that I was told that woudl be on my phone within 5 minutes. I don't like to be negative, but i'm starting to feel like it's ground hog day.
