Hi,
I have been experiencing wifi issues for the past two weeks, the wifi has become very intermittent, dropping out consistently, also the range of the wifi has decreased significantly when the wifi connection works.
The wifi is still detectbale even though no connection can be made.
I have tried multiple solutions, such as restarting the modem, reseting the modem, moving items away from the modem, we have not changed the location of the modem at all.
Additionally, I have tried installing a wifi extender to no avail to increase the range.
Can you please advise on how we can return to normal wifi service.

Hey there,
If your wifi is detectable but cant connect to the internet,
Sounds like it could be a modem or connection issue.
