Past few weeks our household has been experiencing constant internet dropouts every couple of minutes.
I am still able to search the web, load videos on youtube but unable to do online video calls or online gaming.
Tried restarting router, calling Vodafone ninjas, disconnecting all 11 devices and still no change. House changed from ADSL to VDSL around 3 months ago so the router is brand new.
Can't even test the internet speed via google speed test either most times.
Screenshot link of the event log, any help/tips would be appreciated

that event log doesn't mean anything.
Does the problem occur on wired connections too or just wifi?
If its just wifi, then wifi is your problem, not the VDSL
Is your internet light on the modem turning off when the problem occurs? If so thats a fault with the line for Chorus to look at.

We currently have no wired connections so the problem is only on wifi.
The modem light is staying green the whole time as well.
Google speed test is currently working as of now but it fluctuates between 2 and 15 Mbps
The internet dropouts usually happen at night time around 8-10pm.
If my wifi is just the problem, is there anything I can do? Would changing channels or using just 2.4GHz instead of 5 help? Sorry, not really experienced when it comes to wifi in general

ITs sounds like the wifi is the issue, not the internet . Almost always it is due to poor wifi location and interference.
Check this out to help fix it
