Hi Vodafone
don't know it is really strange, do you have a time out period between 11.55-12.10am on those new vodafone hub modem?
man, i struggled to get back on line last night. and i have to reset the modem as well
and after that the reset, i thought i have received the latest update and the login of the vodafone hub has changed back to the modem default again.

Hi there I have been again being kicked out by the network from 11.00 and last for 16 minutes
i have copy the log and attempt to paste it to here several times, but it continuously to be deleted...
what happen 3 days ago, at around the same time, my vodafone hub decided to turn red light on the internet lights, so decided to ring vodafone support and checked what is going on, but then both of us cannot found the solution..
the call centre has logged a call on a ticket INC000002376463.
then the next morning, i have discovered everything is back to normal again went to dashboard and discover that the software of the modem has been changed.. so i have let the vodafone call centre know this has some how fixed itself up. but then later of the day, i still received the sms mentioned the tech team have been able to fix my fault...
I hope this update didn't affected my network connection between 11pm.. this is the 2 night in a row on the same hours.

just regarding this update, does this mean to fixed the login password to go into the Vodafone Hub?

Apologies for the delay in replying. I guessing that your UltraHub is fairly new, which would mean that yes your firmware got upgraded hence the disconnect and yes, should have fixed the password issue you mentioned.
