unpacked and set up a new ultrahub whilst I while away the weeks to get fibre installed. All set up and WiFi connected byt when I try to log in to change the network name and password using the information on the Reminder Card the username and password are apparently incorrect, despite being EXACTLY the same details used to connect to the ultrahub.
Any useful suggestions/tips/hints?

Tried Chrome and Explorer. Tried resetting. Tried a capital V and a small V in vodafone, tried with the 5GHz suffix and without and the POS still doesn't like the password.
On top of that, when I go back to my original Netgear router I cannot get any internet connection through to my recond hard wired router inthe other part of the house. I presume an IP address or something similar has been changed but I can get absolutely nop internet signal on the second router.
Not the first time Vodafone has mae my life hard work

No pop up blockers that I am aware of. Still doesn't work with Firefox. If not the Wifi password then what password do I use?

On the bottom of the modem is correct password to use when logging in you don't use the Wi-Fi password
