Ultra hub issues

Hi there, I have just signed up to Vodafone with the fibre 100 package. It seems as though I am having issues with my ultra hub modem. I cannot connect via 3G or fibre. I have spoken to support who have gone through the fibre side, saying that I should have a connection etc. if both 3G and fibre are not working I assume the fault is in the modem?
When I turn it on I only have the flashing power light, then it goes steady green. And then red.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Trying to understand why you think you should have a 3G connection?

It’s states that I should get 3G/4G while I wait for my fibre
