Hi
My Ultra Hub will not update No Ip DDNS when its IP address changes. Is this a known problem,or something in settings. When I manually put IP address into No ip page settings the service works fine untill next ip address change.

Hi
I checked and tested and it seems to be working fine. How are you initiating the IP change.
I have tried it in the following way
1) power cycling RGW will of course load the module again
2) took off WAN access by unpluging and waited to check if the IP changed after connecting. I ve repeated this about 5 times and every time the NOIP.com Dashboard showed the updated IP address

Hi Bogemon
Thanks for looking at this for me. My problem was that neither of those two methods worked for me and I had to manually enter ip in No ip to get it to work. Over time ,I guess when the public ip address changes in the router,it doesnt update No ip and I loose the function of th DDNS.Strangely I have tried both methods this morning and even though I left router powered off for about 10 mins the public ip address never changed when powered back on? Same when I power cycled the fibre connection,so maybe I am not leaving it disconnected long enough to get ip address change? Firmware version 17.1.7875-2461002-CRF731

Had to change to a different password in Noip and hub before error went away. Hopefully this will do the trick. Maybe password was too short for hub to accept, only 6 characters .Thanks for your assistance.

I seem to be having this trouble too. Elsewhere dyndns is working on an hg659b (so username password are correct) but for a different domain name on this ultrahub, It's not updating, and there appears to be no response to clicking [ Apply ].
How many characters did you use for your new password, please? Uppers / lowers / numerals / puncutation?
I'm using Upper / lower / numerals.
Thanks, cheers, W

Have just worked out that my (new) modem is _25 (old) firmware. I may update and report back (depending on new firmware complications per http://community.vodafone.co.nz/t5/Broadband-services/Ultra-Hub-firmware-upgrade-wc-9-Oct/td-p/21402...).
