Read through several threads regarding this and still no resolution available.
Called into a Vodafone ninja today and said that I have to contact the printer's company in order to to connect to the router - ridiculous imo.
The printer was working fine on the old HG659, http://192.168.1.1:631/MFC-7340 was all I needed to get it to connect.
However, with the new Ultrahub I can't seem to have the settings down. In the manual there's no specific port for it - only giving us the ip address with no port. All the shared settings are also turned on.
Any guidance would be appreciated.
Firmware is latest. USB printer is connected as noted in the event log of the router.

Apologies for the hassle, this is a known issue and a new firmware release is coming in next few weeks to address this.

Hi there - same issue, with USB printer connected and showing as a "Attached USB Device" on the web interface of the UltraHub. DLNA, Samba, and Printer sharing are all enabled.
An update would be good!

How's it coming along Mike?
This situation is frustrating a large number of customers since last year (reading the other threads) and there doesn't seem to be any real progress, just lots of promises.
Please don't let this spoil an otherwise excellent service....
