Hello, we have a sure signal v2. For some reason it has just stopped working. It only has the red power signal going on the device. Our signal has completely dropped out. I have tried resetting it multiple times since yesterday. Nothing. Help, my husband needs the signal for work.

Hi @KellyAlexander - if you have already reset the device, you might need to contact tech support so they can check your connection, sorry!

I had a similar problem, sure signal working great for years then all of a sudden dropped out and only red line and a very faint flashing phone light. Replaced the power cord and it is back in business.
