Smart Connect - FibreX Max

Today we had our broadband upgraded to FibreX Max.  We have since had issues with the internet dropping out.  Has anyone else had this issue?

Hi there, 

 

I know this is an old post and you have probably had your issue fixed by now. However we are having very similar issues and I was wondering if they did fix yours, what they did to fix it? we've already had our line checked and modem replaced. We were also sent an Ultrahub router to replace my Netgear R7000 to make sure that wasn't the issue.

Hi!

 

I remember calling them regarding this and apparently there we no problems but it did come right after my phone call.  Haven't had any problems for ages.  

 

I hope you get yours sorted soon.

thanks for responding so quickly. hope we get ours sorted soon too, but i'm seriously leaning towards moving on if they don't resolve it next week.
