I have a B315 Rural broadband modem - it's a bit old now. I believe VF provides a B818 now for new users. Is the B818 better than the B315. Can I get a free upgrade?

If you resign your contract term you should be able to get a hardware upgrade included to the current version Modem and antenna if required.
