Hey this is probably 46 weeks too late but I know how to fix that one as I've done it 100 times since Destiny came out.
Forward these ports in the Router - NAT settings (Just set all to TCP+UDP to avoid confusion)
Source Port Start, Source Port End, Destination Port Start, and Destination Port End all have the same number on each line for this.
Line1 53
Line2 80
Line3 88
Line4 500
Line5 3074
Line6 3544
Line7 4500
For destination IP set all to whatever IP your Xbox is running on (It seriously helps to make it a static IP in Xbox Network Settings)
Then save.
Then unplug the router and turn off the Xbox
Then Plug in the router and turn back on the Xbox.
Done, Open NAT every time.

Interesting, why did you need to do this for Destiny specifically though?

Hi Tim
I am getting cripplingly slow speeds on Utorrent (around 13.5kB) and I have super fast fibre (getting 88Mbps down). All other internet activity works good and fast, just not UTorrent. What can I do here? I tried your port forwarding but that didn't seem to work. I have the standard vodafone Huawei HG659.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi, I've got an HG659 with a fibre connection and am also having no luck at all setting up port forwarding.
I've tried setting a static IP address, setting up a port forward exactly as in this Readme thread and when I test it as suggested in the post, I get an error:
Error: I could not see your service on x.x.x.x on port (45130)
Reason: Connection timed out
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what else I can try to get ports forwarding correctly? Modem firmware is V100R001C206B019
thanks,
Nathan

Hello,
Yesterday I changed my broadband Vodafone from ADSL to VDSL. A new DSL is HG659.
Have the port forward issue:
I opened sshd service on NAS with port 22.
From my home PC using putty ssh to the NAS without problem.
Setup the HG659 DSL Port Forward map exteranl port 52201 to internal port 22 to NAS.
Using "CanYouSeeMe.ORG" to check the port 52201 and it is successful. so it proof that Vodafone does not block the port.
The problem is when ssh using putty from external side on port 52201 it does NOT work. error message is:
2016-04-08 18:56:44 Looking up host "??????.no-ip.org"
2016-04-08 18:56:44 Connecting to 118.xx.xxx.xxx port 52201
2016-04-08 18:57:05 Failed to connect to 118.xx.xxx.xxx: Network error: Connection timed out
2016-04-08 18:57:05 Network error: Connection timed out
I have double checked no the IP address is correct.
Before change to VDSL, Using old ADSL port forward (ssh) was working fine.
The new VDSL HG659 version is:

The issue resolved. Actually it was not issue. It turnout that you can not ssh to the external address from internal LAN PC.
When I use 'real' external PC it can ssh to my NAS.
