I have been having issues with my wifi at home for about 2-3 months now and there doesn't seem to be any solution through the contact centre. I can use wifi in my office which is where my modem is located, but I can't use it anywhere else in the house. This just happened in November last year, previous to this I have never had a problem with the wifi range. I've had a new modem sent out, I've tried changing channels and still nothing. Any help would be appreciated.

Thaks for your post. Has anything changed in the house and just checking is the new modem the grey one (Ultra Hub)?

Hi Mike. Yes we have the new ultra hub modem. No changes in the house.
