Hi I need help. I have 2 of the same modems. I have one as my main modem and one in storage. I was wondering how do I use the modem that is in storage as a WiFi extender. I don't want any cable connecting to the main modem. I want it wirelessly. Could any one help me
you can't without a cable between the two modems unfortunately. With the two modems it would be a lan to lan cable and DHCP turned off and the LAN IP address changed (eg to 192.168.2.1) in the 2nd modems LAN menu.
To do it wirelessly, you'll need a proper wireless extender
