Hi, on my ultra hub modem the power, internet and wifi lights are a solid green. However the "phone" light is not lit up and I get an engaged dial tone when I go to use my landline. I have a "dsl/phone" cord running from the landline "primary line" to the modem "phone 1" connection. My question is do I need to run another cord to the ONT box from somewhere? Or do I need to ring vodafone to have someone check the phone line connectivity? Thanks

If the phone light is off on the modem then the phone line is not provisioned.
Have you factory reset the modem to reprovision the phone? (press and hold the little pin hole button on the back until all the lights turn off then wait 10mins)
The phone will need to be plugged into the Phone1 port on the modem.
