Fibre connection was switched on on 29 December but could not get Modem to connect to internet. A service techician called by yesterday and sorted out the problem - which was appreciated. However, our landline does not receive incoming calls (but outgoing calls can be made.)
What is the solution to this problem please?

Just to clarify this matter....I have rebooted the Modem and checked that all cables are correctly fitted but this has had no effect.
