Delay in broadband request

Hi there,

I just ordered a broadband connection in my aparpment and I requested this to be sent to me ASAP (we already have fibre connected just need the modem sent out). However when the order was confirmed it said you would start this process on November 13th. Is this considered ASAP? Ideally would like this sent to me much earlier.

So there is an existing fibre connection from another provider and that was covered in your order?
