my phone plan order is 'processing' i get a text saying its complete then i get a text saying its not! and I need to call them!

So anyway for the last 2 days ive tried calling and the call centre cannot take calls, today i can get through but the wait time is already well over 45mins!!!!! spark or 2 degrees here i come.
i would ring the retention team and explain your case with them. Just ask at customer service you want to put through to them and they will deal with your issue.

Tell them directly. If no joy with them I would join up with 2 degrees. That’s would be the best way to go.
