It would have been nice to have been informed before I "topped up" that I would be moved to this 'my flex $18' plan. Communication (It is the process by which we share information, cultivate relationships, express our thoughts and feelings, and assign and convey meaning to create a shared understanding) of this change would have been greatly appreciated (to value or regard highly; place a high estimate on) so I wasn't surprised, and was able to understand what this change means in the way I use my phone.
I was very happy to have carry-over data and to top up every 30 days. NOT good enough Vodafone.
