Hi there,
Just connected to messenger for my new vodafone & I dont have internet connection when away from home..I had same problem with my old phone as well...HELP

Sounds like you either don't have the APN settings set up in your handset OR you don't have mobile data turned on/enough credit/allocated data entitlements active on your plan. For APN check http://help.vodafone.co.nz/app/answers/detail/a_id/2710/ for help or if you don't have mobile dat aturned on, check in your settings of your phone. Might also pay to check what your entitlements are on your plan, let me know what plan you're on and I can fill you in on that Alternatively, providing I don't get back to you in time, you can make a free call to 777 and the team can help you out with all of the above.
