Mobile Package package: $99.00 inc.GST +add 2 mobile no. and 1 mobile number Free
The written agreement was signed in St Luke Aucland on 14 Sep 19 which clearly wrote down total $139.93 inc.GST, however I am suprised that Vodafone Mobile to charge me $171.1 which add 15% more GST and other data charge. It is unfair for the client, please
tell me how to solve this issue!

Is this your first bill for the account?
if so then Vodafone will charge a pro-rated amount so it's from when you joined till your bill date then the next month in advance. the first bill is always a bit messy.

It is second bill, the first bill $229.10 was paid on ground that I have called more than 4 times, the issue is not solved up to my satisfaction. However the second bill charged to breach the agreement, it is the reason I need your help.

You might need to contact Vodafone on 777
for a faster response as stuff only volunteer on here.

@Bluesky Call 777 and speak to a rep on the phone and get an official ticket logged, Speak to X Squad they are quite good to deal with

I called 777 one mins ago, the caller said he did not know " what kinds of "official ticket to be lodged and X Suaqure"! He only asked me to how I paid my bill? Silly silly! Then He asked me to. drive to the Vodafone Shop to solve the issue! How Vodafone 777 waste the client time to solve the issue other than phone? Can 777 speak good English ?why they have some strong ascent?

I had to drive up Vodafone shop in St Lukes to clear the issue. Two lessons I have learned: (i)The Vodafone call center can not speak proper New Zealand English, they are strong ascent from other countries, they can not fix the issue and waiste the clients' time, the Vodafone shop employees are better than call centers! and (ii) some fee from Vadafone bill are not reasonable, such as the late payment to charge me $16 +exc.GST on the ground that I have called more than 4 times to clarify the first-bill $230 when I changed the plan last 2 months to cause the first-bill late payment; again the Call centre is useless ! the lady from shop are smarter than them and clear the issue. Thanks the lady from St Luke Vodafone shop!
