A few days ago I had a phone call with someone from the Unity4 Vodafone sales team. I decided to take her up on her offer and upgrade my mobile plan from a $23 monthly flexi prepay plan, to a $25 monthly prepay plan. This new plan would include unlimited texts and minutes, and 4GB data. I was told I would receive a text when the new plan has been processed and was ready to go, and that it would take a couple days. It has now been 3 days and all I have received is an email confirmation of my order, which didn’t contain any information about what to do next. I haven’t even paid for this upgrade yet. Has anyone else had a similar experience and can confirm how the new plan will begin? How I will pay for it? And when? Many thanks!!
Hi there, I have the same problem. I was called by a lady called Jo, 09 977 1141. I agreed to swap from a $34 prepay to the unlimited $35 plan. This was a week ago, but when I log into MyVodafone I see no evidence of this change. Any ideas? Cheers
