Is there a reason why we can't turn off the casual data?
Because there isn't such option for us to turn off the casual data, all my remaining credits are gone.
From what I can find on another community post, the vodafone community manager has just reponsed with the casual data can't be disabled, but the usage can be monitor via 'My Vodafone'. Which I don't think it's clear at all, and doesn't even explain why it can't be turn off, let alone providing an option for customers to choose to enable/disable it.

My Understanding from posts from a while ago and our business dealings with Spark is that casual data can be turned of by request at the Network level but that means nothing internet based including MMS will work.
