I ordered a pay monthly transfer from my old pre pay almost two weeks ago. The my vodafone app is showing no recent transactions however i have an email confirmation of the order. Ive tried emailing numerous times only to be told you will respond in less than 24hrs. However, days later and still no response. I rely on a mobile as im immunosuppressed and my son is an asthmatic. I dont have the funds to pay for both the pre pay and the monthly account. So need to know what is going on. Can someone please contact me ASAP so at least I can make arrangements, even if its to transfer to another provider because i currently cannot make calls.
