Hi there,
I have been trying to top up one of my prepay numbers from last week Friday, but keep getting that service is currently unavailable. This prepaid number is used in a business environment to control one of our security gates. Need to be able to top via web portal using C/C.

You've been trying the website and same result each time? Can you try a different web browser? You can also use the app.

Hi Mike,
I have been trying the website since Friday last week. I was able to topup all five of our numbers last year. These numbers are in gate control units, so not easy to topup using the app. I have been using Chrome and tried in Edge/Firefox with the same result.
