I will be changing to another service provider tomorrow (4 July 2019) as the promise made 18 June has not been honoured. Because of special circumstance Vodafone promised to transfer my old number to my new phone (old sim wouldn't fit new phone). Several attempts contact vodafone have been made. The last contact was a verification process online that didn't work - site address given wouldn't connect? I tried to do this on both the phone and PC. I tried to contact vf but was only able to get a NINJA - they said they would get a message to party involved explaining this problem - nothing since from vf. Very dissappointed as I have been with vf a long time - 2 phones. I can't deal with this lack of customer service. I could accept a 2 day delay - not 20!
