Hi All,
I've been happly been using a Sure Signal V3 for about 6 months.
Last week I got back from 10 days holiday to find my Sure Signal in a not connected state, and I haven't been able to get it back to a working state.
After a power cycle it seems to be booting and looking for the network, then after about a minute I get a flashing red power LED and the bottom two LED's solid orange.
I've made no other changes to the network and we're on a good fibre connection (2 degrees/snap). Everything else is working fine.
I would apreate any idea's on how to find out what's wrong here?

Sorry about that, from what you've described the unit is not authenticating over the 2D/Snap network. Sadly, that means you'll need to call them to check if anything has changed. If nothing on that side, give us a call on 0800 438 448 and we can check to see if connection coming through and if yes then why no mobile service.
