Hi there,

Looking at picking up a SS for my parents as their mobile coverage is sketchy where they live. They both have VF mobiles and VF landline/fibre so the SS sounds like the way to go.

From what I've read they need to plug it in, wait for it to update and it should be ready to go. Couple of questions - can you restrict it so that only their mobiles can connect to the SS? Is there any configuration required at VF or on the VF website to get things working?

Wanting to know if my folks will be sweet doing this themselves of it they'll need a hand from their friendly IT son.

No you can’t restrict which mobiles are able to connect to the Sure Signal unit.

And no config is required . It’s plug and play.
