Hi For some reason my Sure Signal box suddenly is not connecting to the internet. I have restarted it 3 times, made sure the ethernet cable is pushed in correctly into both the Sure Signal box and the router. The internet light is not turned on at all. Can anyone explain why it's not lit up at all? It's not even flashing. Thanks for your help.
