Hi guys, I recently decided to try the Vodafone Pass for chat and social which includes SNAPCHAT but it won't work. Facebook and Instragram work fine but snapchat not really. I haven't tried pinterest or twitter.

Is this a common issue?

Snapchat won't work as an app or your use is not being catered for by the Pass?

Snapchat as an app works just fine. Once I'm connected to wifi it will work but when I'm using my Pass data the app will open correctly but the content won't.

Does Snapchat work on Mobile data if you haven't purchased a pass?

What phone handset have you got ? Have you checked in Settings that Mobile Data is enabled for the Snapchat app?
