Kia ora, Can you please reactivate my SIM card. it was active in January and I was aware I needed topup. I have recently purchased a topup but it is now deactivated - are you able to reactivate it?

Thanks for your post. Your SIM will be fine, it's your plan that needs to be reactivated, which you can do through My Vodafone.

Hi, Just to let you know that to reactivate the number/SIM I had to pay for an on account plan and they are sending me a new SIM... I can go back onto pre-pay after one month. Not the outcome I really wanted but it is now almost resolved.

Ah sorry about that, taking you through the pay monthly route, but good you got the number back!
