Heya, Wondering how I go about getting a call from your Mobile Retention team? Have been an On Account mobile customer since ~1998 when you were called "Bell South NZ", and the old iPhone 5s I have is about to die of old age. How do I talk to someone so I can beat a better than average new phone/discount out of them? I really, really, REALLY don't want to run the gauntlet of your call center so any suggestions of getting me to do so will be met with immediate ridicule. Cheers Chris
