I'm roaming in the UK and have an RA19 plan ($19 for a week inc 1G data). For the last 3 days I've been billed for data at what looks like a rate of about 5c to 10c per megabyte. I was confused about being billed for data since I have the roaming plan enabled and am nowhere near the 1G cap.
I contacted the online help and the guy said it was because I had accessed live.vodafone.com.
- I don't understand what live.vodafone.com is and why I would be accessing it
- I also don't understand why it is chargeable and can't see anything in the terms and conditions for roaming
How do I stop accessing this live.vodafone.com?
Prior to arriving in the UK a few days ago I was in the US. I was not billed for any extra data while there.
