Phone bill

Hi,

 

My phone bill was paid on Thursday 18th October (due Wednesday 24th October) but is still showing as outstanding on my account - help please? 

 

This issue has been happening ever since I signed up to vodafone and received my first bill in August 2018. 

 

I want to ensure that I do not accrue any late payment fees when my bill has been paid on time.
