I recently moved on from a company that was kind enough to say I can keep the number i've used for the last while.
My company switched it over to prepay - which worked for one hour then stopped.
I've contacted vodafone via chat, voice, and in store and no-one can get my number to be active. It's like it's in limbo, leaving me with no active number (Great when job hunting).
I've been told to wait 4 hours... did that, then wait 8 hours, did that, now been told to wait 3-5 days!. Total of 8 online chats, 2 hours on the phone, 30 minutes in store - and still the issue is not resolved.
I just want my number to work again, I dont care if i'm on a pre pay or plan as long as I can get calls to my phone. Can anyone help?
